Please CHECK THE DETAILS on your delivery carefully and NOTIFY US OF ANY DISCREPANCIES WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIPT. However, please note that it is impossible to guarantee the despatched quantity exactly as ordered so we do require a trade tolerance of +/- 10%, as part of our manufacturing process.
Regarding returns, please get in touch with us about any issues and we can discuss and resolve the matter from there.
Delivery is included in the price for certain delivery zones (mainly within 100 miles of our Nottingham base). For example, UK offshore islands, Cornwall, Devon, Scotland, London, Ireland, Northern Ireland and mainland Europe will incur additional delivery charges. Please contact us for a quote.
Full pallets of paper carrier bags work out more cost-efficient for delivery – we are able to advise what constitutes a full pallet of bags for each size of bag we make.
