Our New Machine

An exciting opportunity has been created for Burgass and our printed personalised bags. We have a fantastic machine now operating at our new premises in Langley Mill; this means we are now able to carry out process printing in house! As this great machine is finally up and running we can accept a wider range of jobs that are a lot more complex with higher levels of detail. This is because the machine has a much tighter registration and can print more dots per inch (which is great for shading!) . We are proud to show off what Burgass can now offer and hopefully we will be able to help you with some of your more unique personalised bags that we would not ordinarily obtain. If your design needs to be printed at our Langley Mill site, then we do require a minimum order of 5,000 bags. However as the machine isn’t brand new, there are still limits to the designs we can successfully print, but just take a look at some of the fantastic things we can achieve!
