My Job involves everything to do with your artwork. I ensure that your artwork is set up correctly on your bag and make sure that you are happy with the design and layout before we go to print.
I am the person you are most likely to speak to on the phone and am primarily responsible for customer service. I handle all incoming emails, responding to queries regarding products, quotations and delivery dates.
I help all our new customers through the order process. I am also involved in marketing and sales, attracting new business as well as updating our website and social media pages.
I deal with all payments in to Burgass, so if you need to pay for your bags I am the man to speak to!
Once your order reaches the office I will then process it and get it moving. I am also on the phones so if you call us I can help with any queries you have or quotes you need.
Making sure you get your bags on time to the right location is my priority. This involves stacking and wrapping pallets, booking in deliveries and ensuring the delivery instructions are followed.
With 10 years’ experience at Burgass, I deal with the larger and more challenging quotes while also building strong customer relations with our trade customers. I am here to negotiate the best deals for customers at the right prices.
I am in charge of managing the team on the factory floor. I plan the production schedule to ensure that your jobs are printed correctly and go out on time.
